Changing the Batteries

When the batteries in the motion detector are spent and have to
be replaces, the receiver that is connected with the motion
detector, starts flashing. In this case replace the batteries with
new ones of the same type and dimensions.
After replacing the batteries wait for approx. 60 seconds before
inserting the new batteries into the compartment.
When inserting the batteries, observing right polarity and
tightening the rear cover, wait approx. 60 seconds. Afterwards
the motion detector is ready for use.

Troubleshooting

Poor reception indicates that the batteries should be replaced,
that the transmission range is too large or there might be
interferences.
If the receiver e.g. the lantern or the floodlight cannot be
switched on, check if the illuminant is defective. Before under-
taking any connection or maintaining work e. g. changing the
illuminant, make sure the input lead of the connected receiver
is voltage-free and secure against unattended switching-on.
If there is no reception at all, check the power circuit and the
mains power.
Keep in mind that other wireless applications active on the
same frequency band may cause interference. If possible
switch off those applications while using the radio switch.
