3 Operating Instructions
1.
Check the gearbox support for completeness, and
visible damages such as signs of wear,
deformation, breakages, cracks and corrosion
damages prior to each use. Do no use the support
when defects are noted and discard it immediately.
2.
Check on the gearbox support T50028 prior to
each use:
The screw connection of the support bolts.
The function and position of the securing ring
on the bolt for receiving the angle plate.
The function of the angle plates T50028/1 and
T50028/2 as well as the spring connector.
3.
Carry out the necessary preparation work for the
use of the support in accordance with the
workshop manuals.
4.
Screw the gearbox support T50028 to the gearbox
support T10321 with two screws M10x40 - 8.8 as
well as discs and nuts M10-8 as described in the
workshop manuals. Observe the prescribed
tightening torque of 50 Nm thereby.
WARNING
Danger through tilting, swivelling or falling of the
load!
Incorrect attachment of the gearbox support to the load
may cause tilting, swivelling or falling of the load. This
could result in serious injuries and severe damage to
materials.
Fasten the gearbox support to the load exactly as
described in the workshop manuals, in order to
avoid falling of the load.
5.
Place the gearbox on the gearbox support as
described in the workshop manuals and then lock
and secure it.
6.
Carry out further work as described in the
workshop manuals.
7.
Ensure that all parts of the special tool have been
removed after completing the repair work.

4 Inspection and maintenance
Check the gearbox support for completeness, and

Spare parts are available on request. Only use
original replacement parts.
