Safety Instructions

Risk of life by electric shock
>> Only let a trained electrical engineer do installation, disassembling, maintenace and repairing work.
>> C ompare rated voltage, line voltage and frequency of product and mains. These have to be identical or within the specified
range.
>> Unplug mains plug and supply cables from mains before all operations on the product.
>> Plug the power supply unit only into an easily accessible mains socket, to disconnect it from mains quickly in emergency.

>> Protect small parts and insulation material against unintentionally use.

>> Protect packaging materials against unintentionally use.

>> Place, transport and install product, parts and acceories in a safe way.

mechanical pressure.

>> Do not modify or alter either the product or the accessories!

Description and Function

This USB hub is made for extending the USB port/s of your computer. Charge and/
or operate only with USB devices. Consider that there are two groups of USB devices:
Self powered = These devices have an own power supply, e.g. printer, scanner...
Bus powered = These devices receive their energy from the USB port, e.g. USB
mouse, USB keyboard, USB Flash drive, USB headsets...
Plug & Play: It is not necessary to install driver software from a CD-ROM.
The USB HUB supports only one bus powered device. All other connected devices
need to be "self powered". If you like to connect more than one bus powered device,
it is required to connect an external power supply (5 V DC@ 2 A) to the USB hub.

Intended Use

>> Only use in dry ambience.
>> Only use as described in chapter Description and Function.

Preparing

>> Check the packing content by comparing it to the scope of delivery
regarding completeness and integrity.
>> Compare rated voltage, line voltage, mains volatge and frequency of
product and mains.

Installing and Operating

1. >> Connect the outputs with 1 to 4 USB devices via USB cable.
2. >> Connect the input with your computer via USB cable.

>> Connect the enclosed power supply to USB hub and mains socket.
3. >> Disconnect all cable connections after use.
NOTE: Never let the product unattended when in use.
