Note that if you are leaving a machine unused for a long time, take care the following points:
• If you have installed Converter for spare that is not used normally, check if it operates correctly by
energizing it every 6 month.
Specifically, if you have not used the Converter for more than 1 year, re-transform the electrolytic
capacitor in the following method.
• Open the emergency stop signal and turn on the power. ("CHARGE
• Close the emergency stop signal. ("CHARGE" indicator turns on.)
• In this state, keep energizing it for 30 minutes.
• Slightly rotate the motor axis once a week so that it may be lubricated well.
