Take off all the packaging materials and put all the parts in front of you. Check that you
have all parts in the list

- Page 4 Using the support belt and pod are recommended but not necessary, some users prefer not to use the pod in certain shoots. For best performance always apply forward pressure on the handlebars. This will keep the Shoulder brace in the right position.
