WARRANTY PERIOD
10 years from the date of purchase.
TERMS
Valid for faults that occur on the machine's frame.
The warranty is only valid if the prescribed basic
service has been performed by an authorised Stiga-
Service workshop for the first three years. This
will be checked in the service book.
Extended warranty

Exceptions

Ordinary claim regulations apply for engines.

Ordinary claim regulations apply for transmis-
sions.
OTHER COMPONENTS
V-belts and synchronous transmission belts,
blades, battery, steering wires and control wires are
not covered by the extended warranty.
THE WARRANTY IS NOT VALID FOR
• Damage due to accident, carelessness, normal
wear and tear or during transportation.
• Machines where repair work has not been car-
ried out using original Stiga spare parts.

SERVICE INTERVALS
Stiga's extended warranty is only valid if com-
plete basic service is carried out by an au-
thorised Stiga service workshop within the
service intervals that are specified below.
Basic service
Complete basic service must be carried out at least
every 12 months. If the annual amount of opera-
tional hours exceeds 100 hours, the basic service
must in this case be carried out every 100 hours.
Intermediary service
After 50 operational hours, intermediary service
must be carried out. If there are just a couple of
months left until the 12-month interval when 50
hours have been reached, the basic service is rec-
ommended in this case.
