    ESCRIPTION Function The free-standing deep fryers (hereafter called deep fryers) made by frifri Aro SA are available in three basic variants: “Basic”, and “Business”. Various expansion stages are possible for each of the three basic variants. The deep fryers essentially consist of a frying vessel in which a submerged heater heats the frying oil and keeps it at the re- quired frying temperature.
