Operating the PhalliMax

3.1

Starting and charging the integrated battery

Please fully charge the integrated battery before the first use of the PhalliMax. To
do so, proceed as follows:

Set the sliding switch on the bottom of the device to OFF.

Plug the charger cable into the charging cable connection between the two out-
puts for the electrodes.

Then connect the charger to a socket.
»
The pilot lamp on the charger's plug will light up red to indicate that the battery
is being charged.

When charging has been completed, the pilot lamp will change from red to
green.
»
Now pull the charger's plug out of the socket and remove the charger cable from
the PhalliMax.
Please move the sliding switch on the bottom of the device back to

the ON position after charging the battery. Otherwise it is not possible to turn
on the PhalliMax.
The battery's charging status is indicated as a battery of four segments in

the upper right corner of the display. If the voltage drops below 4.4 V, the battery
symbol will start flashing. In such cases, please charge the battery in order to be
able to continue using the PhalliMax. If the voltage falls to a critical level so that
only one segment or less is displayed, then the device will switch off and cannot
be restarted until you recharge it.
3.2

Connecting the cable and the electrodes

The PhalliMax has two channels. It is possible to just use one of the channels or to
use both in parallel. You can set the intensity for each channel separately. How-
ever, for the electrode positioning recommended for treating erectile dysfunction,
you will only need one channel. Please ensure that during treatment you set the
intensity only for the channel to which you have connected the electrode cable.
Attach two electrodes to the two electrode connectors on the cable. Connect the
other end of the cable to one of the two outputs on the bottom of the PhalliMax.
Then place the electrodes on your skin.
You can now turn on the PhalliMax.
