PRECISE DETECTION OF WATER INSUFFICIENCY (DIAGRAM C)
In the DIGITAL PT8 model simply introduce the nominal pump current to activate the protection for overcurrent and insufficient water
(see STARTING point 2).
However, it is possible to improve the detection precision for insufficient water activating ADVANCED PROGRAMMING MENU, the dr1
parameter, proceeding as follows:
• Firstly check, when the system
is without water, that the hydro-
pneumatic tank is inflated at the
required pressure. Then when the
system is loaded, or at the P stop
pressure:

When replacing with a new pump it will be necessary to repeat the process.

PRESSURE SENSOR CALIBRATION
In the case of misreading by the sensor, recalibration is possible.
For calibration of the sensor it is necessary to have a pressure gauge installed.
Steps to follow:
PRESSURE CALIBRATION = 0
• 1. Open the valves to obtain
depressurised installation.

alarm can also be reset manually with the button

It appears if in normal operation the pressure is below minimum pressure (Px. x) previously set during the time
(txx) pre-set in the ADVANCED MENU. If the pressure exceeds the minimum pressure, the operation is automati-
cally reset and the alarm disappears. Normal operation can also be restored manually

The overcurrent alarm is activated if the nominal current of the pump is exceeded. The device performs 4 auto-
mated attempts at reset before entering definitive alarm. Normal operation can also be re-established manually

Only if activated in the ADVANCED MENU the alarm is generated after three consecutive cycles in a time range
less than that set. If rc1 is reactivated, the device does not stop and5 delay seconds are added for start to protect
the electric pump. If rc2 is activated, the electric pump is stopped. \To end the display on the alarms screen
