Bringing up the first node is successful if the Is Home column is true for both
cluster interfaces and they show the correct port assignments, in this example
e1a and e2a.
This example shows that the node health for node1 and node2 in this cluster is

If bringing up the first node is successful, then bring up the cluster port and
