Disassembly of the burner from the boiler

Turn off the burner's electrical supply using the
main system switch.
DANGER
Turn off the fuel interception tap.
DANGER
Wait for the components in contact with heat
sources to cool down completely.
To install the long head kit it is necessary to disassemble the burner
from the boiler.
Place the burner on the ground and proceed with replacing the flame
funnel and the shutter tie-rod as explained below:
➤ unscrew the two screws 1)(Fig. 2) and remove the flame funnel

➤ remove the cover of the burner;
➤ unscrew the two screws 2)(Fig. 3) and the screw 3) to remove
the interface assembly;
➤ unscrew the screws and nuts 4) and take out the shutter 9);
➤ remove the two screws 5) and remove the cover 6);
➤ remove the spindle 7) and remove the tie-rod 8);
➤ at this point install the tie-rod supplied with the kit, and fix it to
the spindle 7).
➤ Put back the shutter 9) fixing it using the screws and nuts 2);
➤ position the flame funnel 8) supplied;
➤ put back the interface assembly on the burner with the two
screws 2) and the screws 3);
➤ fix the burner on the boiler.
