This is why you are the most important person for operating and maintaining your rake. Regardless of whether you are working alone, with your family members or other persons, always read and observe the basic method of operation.

- Page 8 S A F E T Y ATTACHING THE RAKE TO THE TRACTOR Before coupling and decoupling the rake to or from the tractor, lock the hydraulic controls in order to prevent unintended raising or lowering. When coupling your rake, observe the category of the tractor and rake linkages; they must match. - The area around the attachment points is especially hazardous.
