In case of malfunction, please contact the manufacturer's Authorized Service
Technician. In particular, the following faults might occur:
• Steam or water leaking from the base;
probable cause: internal leaks, ruptured pipes, safety valve vent.
• The accessories release water, while they should generate steam;
probable cause: resistance or damaged boiler level probe.
The motor does not stop or start;
probable cause: problems to the electronic control unit or flexible hose.
Lifesaving intervention required when inserting a plug;
probable cause: short circuit of some component.
Damage to the power cable or iron.
probable cause: abrasions or cuts.

DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING

The materials making up the appliance should not be dispersed in the environment. For their disposal,
please consult your local authorized collection centres.
In accordance with Directives 2002/95/EC, 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC, regarding the reduction in
use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, as well as waste disposal, the
crossed bin symbol on the appliance indicates that the product at the end of its life should be collected
separately from other waste.

electronic and electrical waste, or return it to the retailer when purchasing a replacement appliance
of the same type.

compatible disposal helps avoid possible negative effects on the environment and human health by
promoting the recycling of the materials making up the appliance.
