WATER QUALITY All Thermann water heating appliances are constructed from high quality materials and components and all are certified for compliance with relevant parts of Australian and New Zealand gas, electrical and water standards. Whilst Thermann water heaters are warranted against defects, the warranty is conditional upon correct installation and use, in accordance with detailed instructions provided with the heater.

The fault must appear within the defined time period, which commences from the date of installation (or manufacturing date of the unit if proof of the date of installation is not available) in order to be covered.

Commencement of Warranty: The warranty period commences from the date of installation of the water heater. Where proof of the date of installation is not available, the warranty period commences on the date of manufacture of the water heater. This is shown on the compliance plate on the outside of the water heater.
