Standard installations for hydraulic external vibrators of series NHG
Connect NHG vibrators only with hoses! When using tubes these may be
damaged during operation. The length of hoses shall be as short as
possible and as long as necessary, however, it shall not exceed 10m.

Conventional way valves (2/2 way, 4/2
way etc.) or ball valves may be used
to control the vibrator.

For control purposes we recommend
the use of a progressive way valve.
For frequent switching on and off a by-
pass line should be installed, so that
the gear motor cannot create a
vacuum in the supply line.
