4 Safety Main switch The hydraulic external vibrators of series NHG work with operating pressures of up to 300 bar. Make sure that the hydraulic unit is switched secured against unintended switching on during installation and before other work on the hydraulic external vibrator and the supply lines. -

6 Installation During installation or other work on the hydraulic external vibrator make sure that the hydraulic unit is switched off and secured against unintended switching on. Installation of hydraulic external vibrators: Hydraulic external vibrators NHG 500 to NHG 900 may be mounted in any position. The hydraulic external vibrators NHG are bolted to stiffening sections (U-section with fastening plate). - Page 9 Standard installations for hydraulic external vibrators of series NHG Connect NHG vibrators only with hoses! When using tubes these may be damaged during operation. The length of hoses shall be as short as possible and as long as necessary, however, it shall not exceed 10m. Direction of rotation: Hydraulic vibrators of type NHG without leak oil port must only be operated with the specified direction of rotation. With these units a loading of the return flow with system pressure must be ruled out. Connecting data Pressure Return side Leakage line... - Page 11 When using adjustable flow control valves for overload protection and frequency control the max. oil flow quantity must not be exceeded (danger of overloading the unit). When using static flow control valves the preadjustment must be adapted to the maximum oil flow quantity for the hydraulic external vibrator.

Checklist for starting operation: Check all hose connections before starting. If necessary adjust the required speed on the flow control. Observe specified values, particularly max. speeds and max. pressures. After filling all lines and vibrators the suction line of the pump must still be sufficiently below the fluid level. -

Maintenance and repair on hydraulic external vibrators can be performed by Netter GmbH. During installation or other work on the hydraulic external vibrator make sure that the hydraulic unit is switched off and secured against unintended switching on.
