When using adjustable flow control valves for overload protection and
frequency control the max. oil flow quantity must not be exceeded
(danger of overloading the unit).
When using static flow control valves the preadjustment must be
adapted to the maximum oil flow quantity for the hydraulic external
vibrator.
Adjusting the unbalance on the NHG 600 R:
For the adjustment of the unbalance a
special socket wrench (16) for the
shaft (3) as well as 4 mm hexagon
spanner (17) is required. The socket
wrench (16) is used to rotate the shaft
(3), until it can be inserted into the
bore in the eccentric (12).
Now the Allen screw (14) must be
loosened.
This
revolutions.
The socket wrench (16) remains
plugged in until the eccentric (12) is
locked.
Type NHG 600 R (reversible) has an unbalance that can be adjusted in seven steps.

Speeds higher than 7000 rpm and centrifugal forces higher than 6000 N causes excessive wear on bearings and shaft
seal.

The shaft (3) can now be turned and is
adjusted to the desired position by
means of the socket wrench (16) (see
Technical Data chapter 2 page 4). The
hexagon spanner (17) is now turned
for

direction, while the shaft (3) is turned
to and fro for a few mm, until the
locking bore in the shaft (3) can be
felt. Then tighten the screw (14) for
the last three turns (torque 15 Nm!).
