    Carefully remove all packaging and plastic coatings from the appliance and dispose in a responsible manner. Check for damage. Please note that in compliance with E&R Moffat warrant conditions, any defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Ensure all shelves are in position.

    Issue 2 (4th October 2019) 3: Initial Set-Up This equipment is designed to be operated by suitably qualified persons. It is the responsibility of the Supervisor or equivalent to train users, provide suitable P.P.E., show the mains isolating switch location, and inform users that parts may become hot, causing injury if touched.

    Issue 2 (4th October 2019) 3.1: Setting & Locking Program Options & 7-Day Timer Simply select and input the required temperature and time for each oven zone (for more information on oven zones see section 5.8). If you wish to program a 7-day timer, select the in-put boxes under HOUR/ MIN to set the exact time you want the cycle to begin each day.

    Issue 2 (4th October 2019) 4: Operating Lights Guide Flashing red indicates oven doors are open. Keep doors closed when possible. Green indicates that the unit is in use. Meaning either a regeneration, pre-heat, boost or cleaning cycle is currently in process.

    Issue 2 (4th October 2019) 5: Operation Select REGEN button from the HOME screen. Selecting PRE-HEAT, will pre-heat the oven for 30 minutes to prepare for regeneration cycle. This feature is for manual use only. At the end of the preheat cycle a buzzer will sound and the operating lights will flash green.

    Issue 2 (4th October 2019) 5.3: Manual Operation As long as a pre-set program has not been selected, the user may be able to input new temperatures and run times manually by tapping on boxes right of current temperatures. It is possible to switch off any of the three oven zones by setting them to 0C.
  • Page 14 Issue 2 (4th October 2019) Now select STANDBY to switch unit off. Standby will not stop unit whilst the 7-day timer is active. It will stop however whilst using unit on sem-auto mode.     Issue 2 (4th October 2019) 5.6: Using Platewarmer (V2GPR) Open door and pull the tray out gently, load plates as required starting from the rear & working forward. Once loaded, push the tray back in and close the door. Switch the plate warmer and the regen cycle on at the same time to allow the plates enough time to heat up.

Select START to begin chill function within the main chamber. As long as the oven chamber temperature is below 45°C, the chill process will begin.

    Issue 2 (4th October 2019) 6: Cleaning Do not use a water jet or pressure spray to clean this appliance. Ensure appliance is switched off & plugs are disconnected before cleaning. Disconnect trolley from mains and wait until appliance has cooled. Wipe clean using hot, soapy water and soft, non-abrasive cloth.
