SYSTEM MESSAGES

There are various messages that may be displayed. General status or information messages include:
DMX Received OK
DMX Absent
Invalid Start
Output Scene 'n'
Output Prog 'n'
No Preset Chosen
Messages relating to critical faults and error conditions that may affect the operation of the unit include:
Over Temperature
Service Required
Zero Cross Fail
IIC Error
Error messages must be cleared to allow the Paradime to continue operating. See the comments relating to menu 86
on page 10 of this manual and those relating to the Installer Hardware Lock on page VI of the installer instructions.

DMX is selected and the unit is now receiving valid DMX data.
DMX is selected but the unit is no longer receiving valid DMX.
DMX is selected but incompatible data is being received.
Scene 'n' has been selected from the remote input.
Chase programme 'n' has been selected from the remote input.
Remote has been selected as an input source but currently nothing is active.
The dimmer has been operated outside the recommended parameters and has reached
an unacceptable temperature. This may be due to changes in the ventilation arrangements,
a dirty fan or similar and will require the unit to be inspected and reset by the installer or
similar competent engineer.
Over temperature errors occur for a reason. Deal with the problem before re-setting the unit.
This indicates that the last time the unit was used a critical fault occurred. The fault must be
dealt with and then the unit must be re-set by the installer or similar competent engineer
before it can be used again.
Zero cross module failure. Refer to installer. Module replacement may be necessary.
Temperature sensor failure. Refer to installer. Sensor replacement may be necessary.
