NOTES ON 1 x 63A MODEL5
The notes in this section refer specifically and exclusively to the 1 channel x 63A Paradime.
This model is available in rack-mount format only and takes up four rack units.
Both input and output are made via 63A Ceeform connectors.
The menu system used is largely that shown on page 11 of this manual but you should note the following differences.
Menu options 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, are not available
Menu 51 allows only DMX only, Analogue only and DMX+Analogue
A front panel manual control facility is provided, using a rotary control to vary the output level between zero and 100%.
Because a standard 8-pin DIN plug typically has six channel control pins (and analogue outputs from desks are typical-
ly grouped in sixes), it is necessary to configure the analogue input of the single channel 63A Paradime to accept con-
trol commands from only one pin. The control channel is chosen, using a rotary control to select a channel in the range
one to six: there is also an all-off setting. An analogue thru connector allows continuation of the analogue control cable
to other dimmers where other channels can be selected. See Fig. 20 below.
Spare parts for this model are the same as for other Paradime models with the following exceptions.
