 During cleaning please always wear a respirator mask and solvent-resistant
gloves! Also wear eye protection, as splashes of solvents can cause injuries of
your eyes.
 Never put the paint spray gun into solvents for a longer period of time or
overnight.
 Never use hard or sharp objects to remove paint residues. The nozzle must
always be kept clean. Debris of dried paint can distort the paint jet and dam-
age the spray gun.
 Rinse all parts well after intensive cleaning and dry the spray gun. Assemble
the gun. Fill a small amount of paint thinner into the paint container and blow it
with compressed air through the spray gun.

Maintenance and Care

 To ensure proper functionality and a long lifetime,
diligent lubrication and maintenance are essential.
 Use a suitable silicone free grease to grease all
moving parts of the spray gun as well as the
thread of the paint flow regulator (10) and the
paint needle spring that is located behind it. Also
grease the visible piece of the air piston rod (see
photo on the right).
 Keep in mind that nozzles, joints and gaskets,
setting screws, etc. are parts subject to regular
wear and tear and have to be replaced by original
spare parts after regular use.
 For operating pneumatic tools clean air is required. Corrosion residues, dust
and dirt from the pneumatic pipes reduce the efficiency of the tool and will
cause technical problems.
 The air tool requires clean and oil-free air. Therefore do not use an oil-fog
lubricator within the air supply system.
 If possible, only use compressed air hoses for the air supply that previously
have not been used with other air tools which required an oil-fog lubrication
system.
 If necessary clean the air tool and the accessory with a moist cloth.
 Do not use abrasive or aggressive chemicals as benzene or thinner, which
may dissolve plastic parts.
 Do not allow liquids to enter the tool and never immerse it into liquids. Water in
the compressed air inlet can damage the machine. Therefore it is recommend-
