Performing measurements

Single distance measurement
Press the button to enable the laser. The laser
symbol appears in the display, and the red laser dot
appears on the surface the laser measuring device is poin-
ted at. Press the button again to start the measuring acti-
on. The measured values are shown directly in the display.
Continuous measurement (tracking) and min/max mea-
surement
During continuous measurement, the device is pointed at
the object to be measured; the measured values are then
updated every 0.5 seconds.
The corresponding minimum and maximum values are
shown dynamically in the first and second lines.
For a continuous measurement in min/max mode, to deter-
mine the shortest and longest distance, hold down the
button. To interrupt the continuous measure-
ment, hold down the button.
