5.9 Voicemail

To ensure that no call is missed, you can enable the Voicemail function that allows others to
leave voice messages.
Enabling the Voicemail Function
Before enabling the Voicemail function, enable the call forwarding function on the phone and
set call forwarding to the Voicemail. The eSpace 8850 supports the CTVMU, CTVMB,
CTVMNR, and CTVMO functions. For details, see

Tap or choose
Tap Cancel next to an ACB record.
Tap Save to delete the ACB record.
NOTE
To use the Voicemail service, ensure that your account has been assigned the Voicemail right. If you have
any questions, contact the system administrator.
Red numbers are displayed at the upper-right corner of the Voicemail icon on the home
screen. For example,
displayed here indicates the number of unread voice messages of all accounts.
The power indicator at the lower-right corner of the phone blinks blue.
On the home screen, tap
Tap next to an account to retrieve the voice messages.
NOTE
You can perform operations as prompted, such as playing or deleting voice messages, and call back.
