Operations on a Three-Party Conference that Can Be Performed by the Conference

When the do not disturb (DND) service is enabled, all incoming calls are rejected automatically
but you can still make calls.

Holding the conference
To hold the conference, tap Hold. To restore the conference, tap Resume.
Removing a participant
Tap Remove. The message Touch a participant's profile picture to remove is displayed.
To remove a participant, tap the participant's profile picture. To return to the conference
screen, tap Cancel.
NOTE
After the participant is removed, the phone stays at the conference screen. The conference initiator
can continue to create a three-party conference by tapping the Add button. If one call of the account
still exists, the conference initiator can tap More on the call screen and tap Conf in the displayed
dialog box to create a three-party conference.
Ending the conference
Tap End Conf. The message Are you sure you want to end the three-party
conversation? is displayed. To end the conference, tap OK. To return to the conference
screen, tap Cancel.
NOTE
l To use the DND service, ensure that you account has been assigned the DND service right. If you have
any questions, contact the system administrator.
l When being enabled, the DND service is available only for the current account. For a new account, the
DND must be enabled again.
Setting DND

On the home screen, tap

Select a DND mode.
– In local side mode, you can set local side DND mode to Do not ring for incoming
call or Reject for incoming call. Missed calls are displayed in the call history.
– In server side mode, eSpace 8850 does not receive any calls, and no missed calls
are displayed in the call history.

Tap Save to save the settings.
Enabling DND
Tap
at the upper-right corner on the home screen.
After the DND is enabled,
