Measurement without measuring chamber, connection via G1/2'' external thread

1. Preparation of the measuring point
Make sure that the measuring point is pressureless.
Please check the tapping point prior to the measurement.
In the event that condensate emerges at the measuring point, you should examine the compressed-air
processing before starting the measurement.
2. Screw the DP 109 (without mounted measuring chamber) in the measuring point (with a G1/2" internal
thread). You should use the spanner flat (SW27) during the installation!

Maintenance
Cleaning the sensor
The sensor can be cleaned by carefully swaying it in distilled water or isopropanol.
Note:
Do not touch the surface of the small sensor plate.
Avoid any mechanical impact on the sensor (e.g. through a sponge or brush).
If the contaminations are too strong, an examination and service measures undertaken by the manufacturer
is required.

10 Calibration / adjustment

We recommend having the measuring device calibrated annually by the manufacturer and adjusted, if
required.
Please take note of the enclosed manufacturer's calibration certificate.
