2. Remove right plastic ramp Unplug the game before servicing. Make sure to be careful when removing components and reinstalling components. Take pictures before each step to aid in reassembly of the game. 2.1. Remove back panel plastic Using the #2 phillips screwdriver, remove 5 screws holding on the top back panel plastic. Remove the top back panel plastic and set aside.
2.2. Remove coil assembly Unplug the back panel coil assembly from the wiring harness. Note where the assembly is plugged into the harness. Using the 1/4" nut driver, remove the 2 screws holding the coil assembly on the back panel. Slide out the coil assembly and set aside.
2.3. Remove back panel Unplug the left ramp exit opto set, and the back panel lights from the main harness. Note where the assembly is plugged into the harness. Using the 1/4” nut driver, remove the 8 screws and washers from the back of the back panel.
2.4. Remove left ramp Unplug the left ramp entrance opto set, and the left ramp sign from the harness. Note where the assembly is plugged into the harness. Using the 11/32” nut driver, remove the 2 nuts and washers attaching the entrance of the left ramp to the playfield.

Using the #2 phillips screwdriver, remove the top mounting screw from the ramp. Carefully slide the left ramp out of the playfield. Page 8...
2.5. Remove right plastic ramp Unplug the right ramp sign, right ramp exit switch, and van flasher from the harness. Note where the assembly is plugged into the harness. Using the #2 phillips screwdriver, remove the 2 top mounting screws, and 2 entry mounting screws.
3. Reattach link Gather the parts to the link shown in the drawing below. *If you have Loctite 243, apply to noted area before assembly. Using the 3/8” wrench and #2 phillips screwdriver, reattach the rotational pin to the link. Make sure that the pin is seated in the link and that the assembly is tight.
4. Rebuild the game 4.1. Install the right plastic ramp Carefully slide the right ramp onto the playfield, and position it as shown below. Make sure that the cables are going through the correct holes. Using the #2 phillips screwdriver, install the 2 top mounting screws, and the 2 entry mounting screws.
4.2. Attach left ramp Carefully slide the left ramp onto the playfield, and position it as shown below. Make sure that the cables are going through the correct holes. Using the #2 phillips screwdriver, install the top mounting screw as shown. Page 12...

Plug in the left ramp entrance opto set, and the left ramp sign into the harness. Using the 11/32” nut driver, install the 2 nuts and washers to the studs on the entrance of the left ramp. Page 13...
4.3. Install back panel Carefully slide in the back panel, make sure not to scratch the left ramp cover. Using the 1/4” nut driver, install the 8 screws and washers to the back of the back panel. Next, using the #2 phillips screwdriver, install the 3 screw through the playfield and screw into the back panel.
4.4. Install coil assembly Slide in the coil assembly, make sure that the plunger is inserted into the coil. Note: the diverter paddle might need to be rotated by hand when doing this to stick the plunger further out. Using the 1/4" nut driver, install the 2 screws for the coil assembly into the back panel.
4.5. Install back panel plastic Position the back panel plastic as shown below. Using the #2 phillips screwdriver, install the 5 screws holding the top plastic on the back panel. Page 16...
