5 Press the HOME key once to rotate the drive sprockets to the home
position. (The three closely-spaced teeth face up.)
6 With the print side of the
material facing up, seat the
three closely-spaced holes in
the vinyl over the three
closely-spaced teeth on the
movable rear sprocket. Then
do the same on the stationary
front sprocket. The movable
rear sprocket permits easy
alignment of the holes in the
vinyl with the front sprocket
teeth.
7 Lower the bail arm and push the bail arm latch toward the rear of the
EDGE 2 so the latch locks the bail arm down.
8 Slew the vinyl back and forth so that the squeegees clean the area to be
printed. Leave a leader of at least 2" (5 cm) beyond the left squeegee.
