This makes the hair softer and easier to comb. 
The static charge or "fy-away" tendencies in 
the hair are reduced (= anti-static-effect).
The ion generator can be switched on in 
combination with any level by pressing the 
ion switch. The switch lights up. The ion 
  g enerator can be switched off by pressing 
the switch again.

Cool button
The Cool function is ideal for 
ʻsettingʼ the hair after drying. 
It fixes the individual hair 
  s ections with the cool airfow.
Press the Cool button 
  a ctivate the Cool function in any 
setting. 
The LED display glows blue additionally 
when the Cool function is activated.

Diffuser
The diffuser is ideal for straight or damaged 
hair. It gives fine, long or medium-length 
hair more volume.
Hold the tips of the diffuser 
upwards, tilt your head sideways 
and run the diffuser into your 
hair from below, lifting it up. The 
hair should rest gently between 
the individual fingers of the 
diffuser while drying.
Use
● Set the fan and temperature to a low 
setting.
● To 'set' the volume and natural curls, 
press the Cool button 
● Repeat the process with individual 
sections of hair.
Warning! The styling nozzle and diffuser 
can become hot. Allow them to cool down 
before detaching.

Styling nozzle

The styling nozzle is specially designed for 
drying and styling sections of hair. 
Attach the styling nozzle to the 
appliance. Make sure it clicks 
into place. The nozzle can be 
turned as required. 
Use
● Set the fan and temperature to a higher 
setting.
● Direct the air stream right onto the section 
of hair you want to style.
● To fix the hair, switch on the Cool

  b utton 
 and repeat the process.
Important: The nozzle should never actually 
touch the hair.
Warning! The styling nozzle and diffuser 
can become hot. Allow them to cool down 
before detaching.

Cleaning and maintenance

Always allow the appliance to cool down 
completely before storing or cleaning.

Danger of electric shock!
Unplug before cleaning.
Never place the appliance into water.
Do not use a steam cleaner.
● Simply wipe the appliance with a damp 
cloth and then dry it off. Do not use strong 
or abrasive cleaning agents.
● Turn the air inlet grill in the direction of 
the arrow and remove. Rinse down and 
dry the grill or clean with a soft brush. 
After cleaning, position the air inlet grill on 
straight and fix in place by turning in the 
opposite direction to the arrow.
● Remove the accessory parts and clean 
them. Use only after they have dried off 
completely.
