Assembly/Adjustment setup
WARNING: Before any work on the power tool, always remove the plug from the power source.
● When mounting the saw blade, wear protective gloves. Danger of injury when touching the saw
blade.
● Only use saw blade that correspond with the characteristic data given in the operating instructions.
● Do not under any circumstances use grinding discs as the cutting tool.
Installing the Saw Blade
1. Press the spindle lock button (13) and keep it pressed.
2. Push the alley key (16) at clockwise direction to screw out the clamping bolt
3. Move the knob at max depth position, push the lock-off button (5) backward, then push base plate
against knob (13),
4. Insert blade from the hole of base plate, (remind the text outward), load the blade on shaft,
5. then place clamping plate on it, also, screw in the clamping bolt in anti-clockwise direction and
tighten it by alley key,
Removal the Saw Blade
1. Press the spindle lock button (13) and keep it pressed.(see pic. C)
2. Push the alley key (16) at clockwise direction to screw the clamping bolt out(see pic. E)
3. Move the knob at max depth position, push the lock-off button (5) backward, then push base
plate against knob,(see pic. D)
4. Take out the saw blade from the hole of base plate
Adjust the cutting depth,
1.As required, move the unlocked knob and let the finger point at the suitable position of depth
scale. (see pic. F)
2.Then rotate the knob (6) 180°to lock it, (see pic. G)
Note: if possible, recommend to setup the cutting depth approximately 2mm deeper than material
thickness, this should help to ensure you achieve a clean cut.
