15.
HAMMER SENSOR Circuit Board and HAMMER EMISSION
Circuit Board
(Time required: About 15 minutes each)
15-1 Open the top board (front). (See procedure A-1.)
15-2 Remove the upper board (front). (See procedure A-2.)
15-3 Remove the fallboard. (See procedure A-3.)
15-4 Remove the keyboard holder. (See procedure A-4.)
15-5 Remove the action unit. (See procedure A-6.)
15-6 HAMMER SENSOR Circuit Board:
Remove the two (2) screws marked [81G]. The HAMMER
SENSOR circuit board can then be removed.

15-7 HAMMER EMISSION Circuit Board:
Remove the two (2) screws marked [91G]. The HAMMER
EMISSION circuit board can then be removed. (Fig.4)
The HAMMER SENSOR and HAMMER EMISSION
circuit boards may be removed without removing the
hammer sensor unit.

Key Sensor Unit
(Time required: About 27 minutes)
16-1 Open the top board (front). (See procedure A-1.)
16-2 Remove the upper board (front). (See procedure A-2.)
16-3 Remove the fallboard. (See procedure A-3.)
16-4 Remove the keyboard holder. (See procedure A-4.)
16-5 Remove the complete keyboard.
16-6 Remove the eight (8) screws marked [041S]. The key
sensor unit can then be removed. (Fig.5)
When removing the keyboard, take care not to damage
the key shutter on each key. (Photo.6,7)
