Air filter

The air filter is placed on the left side of the cruiser.
Remove the screws.
The paper filter protects the engine against particles. Remove it and brush it carefully with a soft
brush or clean it carefully with compressed air. Replace if necessary.
Check that the filter is fitted correctly before fitting the cover. If the filter is not maintained and
fitted correctly, the engine will be damaged.

Spark plug

Recommended spark plug is Denso X24EP-U.
Changing of the spark plug:
Clean the area around the spark plug and the spark plug cap. Remove the cap and unscrew the
spark plug. Check that the distance of the electrode on the new spark plug is between 0,6 and 0,7
mm. Use a finder blade. When the correct distance is found, fit the spark plug and the cap.

Start of the cruiser

Before start:
1. Check oil and petrol
2. Check that the gear is in idle position
3. Check the tyre pressure and that the tires are intact with no holes or cracks
4. Check that the rites have sufficient pattern and that the tires are not worn down to the
indicator marking
5. Check that the brakes work by pushing the cruiser forwards and backwards while braking.
The brake handle may be pressed 10 mm but not 20 mm
6. Check that the chain has the correct tightness
7. Check that all lights function, including braking lights and turn signal lights
