-When you are satisfied with the density of the mixture, switch
off the device placing the switch into the position OFF, remove
the lid with the spatula and the main unit from the bowl - and it
is ready to be served.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

-Before cleaning make sure the device is disconnected from the
mains.
-Do not use abrasive cleaners or products that may damage the
device
-Remove the lid, the main unit and the spatula from the food
bowl.
-NEVER IMMERSE THE DEVICE IN THE WATER OR OTHER
LIQUID.
- Clean the lid, spatula and food bowl with hot soapy water, then
dry with a cloth. Not suitable for dishwashers.
-Clean the main unit with a damp cloth
-Store the unit assembled with the closed lid in a safe place to
keep the tank clean and dust free
