Checking the electronics

Proceed as follows to check the electronics:
1. Carry out steps 1 to 4 in 9.3.1
Replacing the fuse.
See appendix B2.1 for the electrical
diagram and the cable names.
2. Make the system dead by
disconnecting the AMP connectors
from the battery.
3. Check the system for any broken
cables.
4. Check that everything has been
connected properly (steps 6 to 9).
5. Check the connection and the actual
fuse.
The fuse should be between cables
3A and 3B.
6. Check the charger connection.
Cables 1A and 3C should be
connected here. Check that the wire
end sleeve does not cause a short
circuit with the edge of the connector
and that the frame ground ring of
cable 1A is tight.
