All indicator lights are flashing alternately.
Why is my blender blade turning but not mixing the ingredients?
Occasionally, when blending, the ingredients get stuck above the blade. This is called "bridging". When this occurs, the
rpm of the blender increases very quickly and the ingredients stop mixing as the blade is just turning in a pocket of air
inside the ingredients.
What to do:
Stop the blender and use a spatula to tamp down to "pop the bubble". You can also use a slower speed or use a bit
more liquid to get the viscosity or thickness of the mix to come down.

Blender Jar Difficult to Attach or Remove
If your blender jar has become suddenly difficult to attach or remove without great force, please
Oily Residue on Bottom of Jar
There are bearings in the blender that allow it to run smoothly and quietly. It is normal that as the blender is used, you
may see residual oil from the bearings on the bottom of the blender jar. This oily residue can be wiped clean. It is more
noticeable on clear blender jars.
