ACCESSING THE BATTERIES
1. Remove the seat. Refer to "Seat Removal" on page 12.
2. Locate the two "Battery Box Covers", front and rear.
3. Remove one of the covers by lifting up on the outer edge of the cover. See figure 6.
4. Remove the opposite cover by lifting up on the outer edge of the cover.

There is a "Battery Connection Diagram" located on the inside of the rear
battery box cover. See figure 7.

The batteries weigh 22 pounds each. (Battery weights may vary
depending on the manufacturer). Please ask for help if you do not feel capable of
safely lifting that much weight.
