MODE
Before you can use your multicopter you will need to calibrate your
throttle in order for the GR-18 to learn the max and min range of your
throttle channel. In order to do so set the controller mode from
NORMAL
ESC SET
to
and go back to your transmitter main menu
and turn the receiver off and on. Now perform the ESC calibration as
described by your ESC manufacturer.
When the calibration has been successfully completed you should

Note: For safety reason the Type and Mode changes take effect after
switching off and on the GR-18 receiver. Which consequence this
parameter has to gas curve, will be explained in next section.
MINPOWER %
This setting is used to prevent the motors from shutting down during
flight when throttling all the way back. To accomplish this you will need
to create a throttle curve (consult your radio manual how to access
and create curves) and make a curve where the motors start turning
at <-
set the curve any higher as it would limit the GR-18
controller capabilities.
