WARNING:
Risk to life from falling from roof!
▶ Whilst working on the roof, take all necessary precautions against a
possible fall.
▶ If there is not any independent anti-fall safety device, wear personal
protective equipment.
WARNING:
Danger to life from loose components!
Corrosion can damage (weaken) the installation set and can result in
components becoming insufficiently secured.
▶ Regularly check the coating (inspection).
▶ Clean corroded areas and renew the coating.

Visual inspection of collectors, storage tank and installation system carried
out (correct seating, visual impression, e.g. corrosion, anode)?
Visual inspection for leaks carried out at points where the mounting system
meets the roof?
Visual inspection of pipework insulation carried out?
Check pressure relief valves and safety equipment.
Visual inspection of glass panes. Cleaning in the case of severe
contamination.
pH level of heat transfer medium checked? Replace heat transfer medium if
value is ≤ 7 (heat transfer medium coloured black, strong odour)
Frost protection to _______ °C checked and analysed?
Frost protection ensured until ________ (month/year)
(check frost protection at least every two years!)

WARNING:
Risk to life from electric shock!
Touching live electrical parts can cause an electric shock.
▶ Before working on electrical parts, disconnect all phases of the
power supply (fuse/circuit breaker) and lock the isolator switch to
prevent unintentional reconnection.
NOTICE:
Collector damage from evaporation in the solar circuit!
▶ Only carry out inspection or maintenance work when the sun is not
shining on the collectors or the collectors are covered.
We recommend conducting the first inspection or maintenance after 2
months.
▶ Use the table as a template for further documentation.
▶ Check the system after 2 months (inspection). Then check every 1-2
years. Immediately remedy all faults (maintenance).
▶ Fill out the report and tick off the tasks performed.
