Key Usage

In this manual the user will be prompted to "Press Until" and "Hold Until".
"Press Until" means to press and release the key shown in the manual
until the desired screen is shown. "Hold Until" means to hold the key
shown in the manual down for approximately 2 seconds until the desired
screen is shown.
