The unit has three mailbox memories Your caller can leave a message 1n a spec1f1c mailbox Only the person
who knows the password can retrieve the message from the

If your caller does not specify a mailbox, their message will be recorded

This feature 1s useful when you use the unit with other people and when a caller would like to record a
message directly to a spec1f1c person
To use a mailbox

Program each mailbox password (see below)
2 Record a common greeting message (p 17)

4 Inform callers of their mailbox number

Program your own password for your mailbox to prevent olher users from retrieving messages
Choose any 3-d1g1t number except a number using d1g1ts
