CHARGER ERROR CODES

Code
One red fl ash The battery temperature is too high.
Two red flashes The battery voltage is too low or too
high.
Three red flashes Charge timeout caused by battery
pack not reaching required voltage
The charger reduced output due to
high temperatures not able to timely
fully charge the battery.
Four red flashes Check for short circuited or damaged
cells.
Five red fl ashes Over-temperature: charger shut down
due to high internal temperature.
Six red flashes Charger internal fault
In all fault conditions, if suggested remedy does not clear the fault and allow the batteries to charge, take the charger to
an authorised service centre for repair or replacement.
Cause
Allow hot batteries to cool down, then try charging again.
Check the battery voltage.
If battery voltage is too low, check for poor battery
connections, and reconnect properly.
If battery voltage is too high, check that the installed battery
has the correct battery rating.
Check the charger and mower connections.
Operate the charger at a lower ambient temperature.
Unplug the charger for 15 seconds, then try charger again..
Unplug the charger for 15 seconds, then try charging
again.
Return the battery pack to an authorised service centre
if fault persists.
Make sure that the charger cooling fi ns are clear of
obstruction.
If the charger is hot, allow the charger to cool down, then
try charging again.
