PREPARATIONS

Connection
Plug in the AC power cord to the AC power outlet after all
other connections are made.
1 Connect the front speakers.
Connect the right front speaker to the SPEAKERS R
terminals and the left to the SPEAKERS L terminals. The
En
speaker cords with the white stripes go to the 0
terminals.

2 Connect the supplied antennas.
Strip off the insulation of the FM antenna with twisting
the cord.
Connect the FM antenna to the FM 75 Ω terminal with
the mark, the MW antenna to the MW LOOP terminal
and the SW antenna to the SW terminals.

3 Connect a TV to watch graphics.
Connect the VIDEO OUT jack of this unit to the video
input jack of your TV with the supplied video connecting
cord. Be sure to plug in the end with the ferrite core to
this unit. Then, set the NTSC/AUTO/PAL appropriately.

4 Connect the AC power cord to an AC outlet.
When the AC power cord is connected to an AC outlet
for the first time, DEMO appears on the display.
To deactivate the DEMO, press d.
•Do not short-circuit the 0 and 9 speaker cord leads.
•Do not leave objects generating magnetism or objects
affected by magnetism near the speakers.
