5. Make sure the valve handle is closed by turning it clockwise as far as it will go. When
closed, the handle extends out perpendicularly to the length of the shutoff valve.
6. Turn on the water at your
leaks at any of your connections. If there are, turn off the water, reconnect correctly, and
then turn water back on.
