  • Page 3 E. To avoid the possibility of the appliance plug or receptacle getting wet, position the unit to one side of a wall mounted receptacle to prevent water from dripping onto the receptacle or plug. A “drip loop”(see illustration) should be arranged to receptacle.
  • Page 4 5 feet in any dimension. DESCRIPTION Laguna Statuary Pumps are designed to perform a variety of jobs that require a submersed circulating pump. Assorted uses include indoor or outdoor statuary fountains and waterfalls as well as hydro- ponic units and aquarium sumping.
  • Page 5 Choosing the right output for the application Laguna Statuary Pumps can be used in a wide variety of applica- tions, and their wide range of output flows at various heights will accommodate almost every circumstance.

    (optional) can be used to clamp the hose on the adapter in a more permanent fashion. FLOW CONTROL The only unit with an adjustable flow control is the Statuary Pump 1. Adjust the slide bar on the Motor Cover to increase or decrease flow. LOCATION The pumps should be placed on a flat, level surface.

    Rinse pump and impeller after every use. MAINTENANCE To avoid injury, do not touch moving or hot parts. Always unplug all appliances from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning. The motor is hermetically sealed and filled with epoxy, thereby requiring no lubrication or other maintenance.

    Put the shaft assembly back in position and slide the impeller onto the shaft. Statuary Pump 1 : Put the Motor Cover back in position. Statuary Pumps 2 & 3 : Place the Impeller Cover back in position and rotate to the “ON” position. Place the Motor Cover in position. Slide the pump back into position on the base.
