11. Commissioning, Operation

Warning

The surface of the motor may be so hot
that it may cause personal injury in terms
of burns.
Provide protection against accidental
contact with hot surfaces.
Wear protective clothing, if required.
Warning

Only switch on the electric stirrer when it is
mounted in a suitable tank.
When commissioning, all components of
the system must be ready for operation.
Caution
Observe the installation and operating
instructions for the components.
The electric stirrer must not run dry.
The signal of the level switch is designed
for switching off the motor, if the minimum
level of liquid in the tank is reached.
Caution
Only switch on the stirrer, if the propeller is
immersed in the liquid.

12. Maintenance

In the event of contamination or deposits, the electric
stirrer (shaft and propeller) can be cleaned.

12.1 Cleaning

12.1.1 Removal
1. Remove electrical connections.
2. Loosen the 4 retaining screws of the electric
stirrer.
3. Lift the electric stirrer vertically out of the dosing
tank.
– Do not twist the shaft or strain it with the weight
