including interference that may cause undesired operation.

transmission. Therefore, do not position
the scale near devices such as WIFI rout-
ers, microwaves, inductions hobs etc.
• Briefly step on the scale platform to
switch on the scale and open the app.
• Close all apps completely
(including in the background) and reopen
the app.
• Switch Bluetooth off and back again.

• Switch the Smartphone off and back
again.
• In the Bluetooth settings of the opera-

ting system, the scale must not be con-
nected.
• Remove the batteries from the scale for
a short period and reinsert them.
Open the app and switch on the scale. The
data is transferred automatically. This may
take up to one minute.
