7. Taking Measurements

• Place the scale on a hard, flat surface with no carpet or rugs; a hard surface is required for accurate
measurements.
• Step on the scale. Stand still with your weight distributed equally on both feet. The scale begins to take
measurements straight away.
• The weight is displayed.
• If a user has been assigned, the correspondent user (P1 to P8) and the BMI are displayed. This mea-
surement is saved for Bluetooth
• If the user is not recognized, only the weight is shown. Press the "Up / Down" buttons on the top of the
scale to select a user manually. Step on the scale again.
Tips
• If possible, always weigh yourself at the same time every day (ideally in the morning), after having used
the restroom, on an empty stomach and with as little clothing as possible, in order to obtain compara-
ble, consistent results.
• Stand up straight and still while weighing.
Switching off the scale
After displaying your weight, the scale will switch itself off automatically.

using the following values (source: WHO):

9. Other functions

User assignment
It is possible to assign up to eight users. For a new measurement, the scale assigns the measurement to the
user whose most recently saved measurement falls within +/- 6.6 lb (3 kg) of this.
Saving the assigned measurements on the scale
A total of 30 measurements per user can be saved on the scale when the app is not active. The saved user
measurements can be transferred to the app if you switch on the scale and open the app within Bluetooth
