Add Existing Scale User after Reinstallation of app
If a scale user already exists (e.g. from an old app version) this scale user can be integrated into the new rein-
stalled app by inserting the 4-digit user PIN into the app. The app is asking for this user PIN when required.
The PIN is displayed on the scale's LCD display when the app is connected. Press the "Up / Down" buttons
to select a user and wait 3 seconds. Briefly press the Unit/Reset button.
If the integration was not successful, delete the scale user and create a new scale user.
Deleting scale data
To delete scale user data including measurements, switch on the scale, select the user manually by press-
ing the "Up / Down" button and press and hold the "Unit / Reset" button for five seconds. 'dEL' will appear
in the LCD Display.
To delete all measurements and user data on the scale, switch on the scale and press and hold the "Unit /
Reset" button for five seconds; 'CLr' will appear in the LCD Display. You then have to carry out the steps in
chapter 6 "Initial Set Up for Automatic User Recognition with App" again.
Use scale without user measurement
If the user does not want to initialize the scale using the app or does not want to use the app at all, the user
can stop "APP" flashing by shortly pressing the "Unit/Reset" button. Afterwards, the scale can be used as
a normal weight scale without any user memory function.

10. Care and Maintenance

Replacing batteries
Your scale is equipped with a low battery indicator. If the battery is weak, ' ' will appear in the LCD Display
and the scale will automatically shut off. In this case, replace the battery with a 3V CR 2032 battery.
Cleaning
Clean the scale periodically using a damp cloth and, if necessary, a small amount of mild detergent.
Disposal
Observe the local regulations for material disposal. Dispose of the device in accordance with local regulations.

11. Troubleshooting Guide

If the scale encounters an error during measurement, the following is displayed:
