THE REMOTE DOES NOT RING
Make sure that the Ringer is "On".

Make sure your Remote Rechargeable Battery

The Battery may need to be charged for 8 hours prior to
first use.
Check that all cords are correctly connected and firmly in
place.
Adjust the Dual Function Receive Volume Control Key
up to increase the volume.
Make sure the Remote is within range of the Base.
Separate and then reconnect the Rechargeable Battery
and Remote .

to re-establish a communication link.
