The guest can use the room unit to do the following:
• Adjust the preset room temperature setpoint from ±0° C to ±10° C, configured in
controller. The step is 1° C. Each temperature increment/decrement is displayed onto
display as set point.
• Enable fan-coil to run in 1
• Change from manual to automatic mode ("Auto")
• Switch Fan coil unit on/off
Switching to "Auto" causes the fan speed to be set automatically by the controller
(Speed 1, 2 or 3).
The temperature setpoint valid for the room is displayed on the LED display panel when
changing the setpoint.
When the guest leaves the room (removing the access card from the card holder) the
system switches automatically to "Auto", and the "Precomfort" room operating mode
with the energy-saving function comes into effect. When the guest returns to the room,
the guest's personally selected "Auto" or "1
"Comfort" room operating mode is restored.
In conjunction with the HOTEL AUTOMATION ROOM SYSTEM SOFTWARE, the room
temperature setpoints preset for a given room are automatically reinstated when the
guest checks out - "room not rented" mode.
Via HARS-SWxx all temperature parameters can be changed.

RJ45 connector
The HARS-T03.xx room operating unit is designed for flush wall mounting and fixed in
a base frame. Cover frames for this base unit are available from the installation ranges
of various manufacturers (see "Ordering").
One HARS-T03.xx room operating unit can be connected directly to the HARS-C10
room controller.
The HARS-T03.xx room temperature control algorithm is not in the room operating unit
itself, but in the room controller application program (firmware). To enable the room
controller to communicate with the room operating unit, there is no need to address the
device – it communicates directly with the room controller (plug and play).
