Use the product to slowly stir the liquid for a while, and
then stop. Wait until the measured temperature value is
stabilized in the display 6 . This might take a while.
Note down the measured temperature on a piece of
paper.
Repeat all previous steps of this section to perform
additional temperature measurements.

Switching off: Press and hold /MODE 5 for
approx. 3 seconds.
Clean the electrode probe 1 and the test liquid
absorption rod 1a (see "Cleaning the electrode probe
and the test liquid absorption rod").
Reattach the protective cap 12 to the product.
